Monk (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator)- Spear Hand Strike Silence has been reduced to 2 sec.
Dunno what to think of this except i don't like it.
I understand why they are doing it (making casters, cast again, and removing the blanket silences, but don't think 2 seconds will make a diference, unless they believe that those 2 seconds are the diference between the kill or not kill in arenas PVP).
