Let's have a look at Mistweavers and their base talents for Uldir in Patch 8.0
Right now, I feel that Mistweaver is in a great spot in Mythics and Raid healing, and while the talents you choose may vary according to personal preference or situation, I feel that they all have a decent output.
I will just focus on raiding talents on a hole, later on, other posts I will break it down for each individual boss, and what is better to use in each of them and why.
Tier 1 (Level 15) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
Here the choice will rely on the fight itself, an all-around good choice is
Mist Wrap it provides you passive improvement to your
Enveloping Mist targets.
Chi Burst comes in if the fight if you are able to regularly use Chi Burst to hit several players clumped together.
Tier 2 (Level 30) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
In this tier and in movement terms
Celerity has essentially no use as it is outclassed by both
Chi Torpedo and
Tiger's Lust in any given situation. My preference is Tiger's lust, for the fact that it gets you rid of roots, and adds utility to your arsenal.
Tier 3 (Level 45) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
In this tier both options highlighted are good, depends on what you want to focus,
Lifecycles is a good pick if you are on tank duty, while
Spirit of the Crane will reward your dealing
damage during downtime. Both these options allow you to recover some mana, but if you are struggling you might want to consider Mana Tea.
Tier 4 (Level 60) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
In a raid environment
Ring of Peace is always the correct pick, while bosses won't be affected by
it, adds won't be able to reach you, which allows you some free time.
Tier 5 (Level 75) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
The choice here will depend on the type of damage you need to avoid during an encounter. If it is magic then takeTier 6 (Level 90) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
In this tier your best options are
Invoke Chi-Ji, the Red Crane or go with
Tier 7 (Level 100) Talents for Mistweaver Monks
This post covers the overall talents situations for Mistweaver Monks, and my take on those options
