With the advent of Thunderforged and Warforged weapons, BiS lists are much less valuable a resource than before, because we would be advising a list of items that not even the best players would have a chance to complete. Instead, we now give you advice for choosing your trinkets, your set bonuses, and whatever else is important for your class.
Haromm's Talisman and
Ticking Ebon Detonator are your main trinkets for Tier 16.
Assurance of Consequence is also viable, but it is not as good as the two aforementioned trinkets (other classes benefit from it a lot more than Windwalker Monks).
Sigil of Rampage is not worth using because its cleave damage is reduced by
Storm, Earth, and Fire.
- For your weapons,
Hellscream's Cleaver is the best choice before Heroic Warforged items. After that, any upgrade in item level is worth taking.
- Your Tier 15 set bonuses were not that great, so you will want to replace them as soon as you get higher item level gear. Both Tier 16 set bonuses are worth having, so you should aim at wearing 4 pieces of Tier 16 and 1 off-set item (preferably a warforged item).
